Mr. Robert Daigneault has been involved for more than 50 years in the environmental sector, successively as a biologist, a manager and a legal counsel. In 2001, Mr. Daigneault founded his own law firm specialized in environmental, resource and land-use law. His firm offers counsel, representation and litigation services to its industrial, commercial and institutional clientele with an integrated solution-based approach in different legal issues such as those related to hazardous substances, wetland management, brownfield, or land-use planning. He holds several distinctions such as Avocatus Emeritus distinction from the Quebec Bar. Mr. Daigneault is one of the leading lawyers in his area of practice and has produced numerous publications in environmental law. He is a founding member of the Association québecoise de vérification environnementale (AQVE) and the Canadian Environmental Auditing Association (CEAA), of which he was one of the first member of the board.
