Rob is a partner of Stewart McKelvey in Halifax. He has an advocacy practice which encompasses civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, administrative law and judicial review with an emphasis on environmental related issues including in relation to oil and gas, renewable energy, mining, forestry, aquaculture, aboriginal, municipal utility, development, land use and other matters. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, he served for many years as a member of the Round Table on the Environment and the Economy for successive Nova Scotia Ministers of the Environment and he is a director of the Urban Development Institute.
